All Classes will have no more than 9–14 clients. Each trainer has full creativity to design the workout to their style and strengths for YOUR benefit. Equipment includes steps, free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, weighted fitness bars and more. Trainers lead and motivate by working out with you in every class. All exercises can be modified for every fitness level.
30-Min Cardio Blast
An intense full-body workout where you will spike your heart rate, increase your O2 Max and burn major calories.
30-MIN ACCELERATED CORE STRENGTH
To build a strong core you need to exercise a variety of muscles, from your hips to your shoulders, including your backside. Trim, tone and sculpt your entire core with this 30 minute core workout.
45-MIN INDOOR CYCLING
A 45-minute class perfect for those new or familiar to indoor cycling. This class is a high calorie burn and non-impact workout. It will cover proper alignment and provide guidelines for various drills. Sweat and learn how to ride the bike in a way that maximizes your fitness. Class is appropriate for all levels.
60-MIN CYCLE & STRENGTH
Designed to benefit your body in more ways than one. This class is a high calorie burn and non-impact workout. Start with 45 minutes on an enjoyable and challenging ride. Following that you will hit the weights for an accelerated, fat burning weight resistance, upper-body and core workout.
Bootcamp is a dynamic class that incorporates body weight, core and strength exercises into a 50-minute workout. Consisting of cardio, weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, fitness bars and more, this program alternates strength and aerobic training. The trainers vary the exercises and format for every workout, so no two bootcamps are the same.
Burn fat and improve overall fitness in this amazing class. Circuit Blast is a 50 minute, station-based workout that includes both cardio and strength training routines in an energizing environment.
CYCLE & TONE
Everything you need in an intense combo class of indoor cycling and strength training. Start with cycling to get your heart rate up and blood pumping, then incorporate strength training! A high calorie burn & non-impact workout.
HIIT & TONE
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) followed by strength training make this a killer workout. Spend half of the class burning calories and raising your metabolism in the fast-paced HIIT portion. Then slow it down with toning that will take your muscles to complete exhaustion.
SHAPE & SCULPT
Define and strengthen your body in this awesome muscle conditioning class. This workout is designed to define your muscles, build endurance and give you the results you desire. We will use hand weights, weight bars, body weight and more to tone your upper body, lower body and core—exhausting all major muscle groups.
Deidra and Renee have over 10 years of experience in training clients to reach their fitness goals. They will work one-on-one with clients to develop personalized fitness plans for weight loss, muscle building and increasing fitness levels.
During your initial meeting, Deidra or Renee will begin to work through your fitness goals. An assessment will be conducted to include a health screening to go over body composition, scale weight and body fat analysis. Clients can expect supplemental nutritional information as well clean eating plans, meal prepping guidelines, weekly weigh-ins, motivation and accountability. It is recommended for a minimum of two 30-minute sessions per week for 6 weeks.
